tHeKOPrAntS@5:26 AM Hey...fungi have really started to grow over here so I'm here to clear up some of the mess with a post. Reward for those who have been keeping watch, staying awake. Lawl.So you thought I haven't been here since mid June…but actually I did come here to post only to run into the cruel side of technology. Blogger decided to make a complete ass of itself that day. Anw lots of stuff did happen during the month of lifeless relentless mugging and I’m here to keep a record should these memories drown out in a sea of formulae, equations, diagrams and ridiculously long paragraphs of very exciting stuff. So here comes the tsunami. The not so good stuff- I dropped my wallet on the bus in early June on the way to “clubbing” with my 2 buddies. Aiks, carelessness really hurt but I was even more incensed at the fact that the one who picked it up failed to do what had to be done. Must have figured out there wasn’t much cash in it to kop and thus not worth the trouble of retuning..guess the dustbin was in sight too. What a loser. Now its prob nth but ash in the Ulu Pandan Incineration plant. Yea..forget it..lesson learnt..sorry thieves, one more person less to rob. But seriously get a life. The mugging-Truly, the volume can be estimated to be around the entire O level syllabus and 2am was my regular sleep time. But it was fun “clubbing” with Wes and Bowtuck and catching up with each other. They made great company in times of mugging despair. Oh aiks and we hope EWZ’s better. Sigh. On the spiritual side-retreat was a quite a success =) yea, it was spiritually draining waking up at 5 and managing 60 over kids (most having problems regulating their adrenaline and insulin levels) from 7-16 and there was no Shawn around till night. Thank God we got the major seminary..it was a nice, quiet, place for us, isolated from civilisation. Haha! And it did help me take my mind of the mugging for a while. And the sacrifice we made for the preps and retreat itself was worthwhile. A tinge of regret but it was worthwhile- after my track camp, I figured out tt I wouldn’t be gg for any competitions at all so yea, it was a little disappointing cos it was only in the last month that my timings started to show some nice progress but I know my teacher meant well. Hey but not being a born-runner I joined track as a challenge and my most crucial goal of pushing my limits was fulfilled, thus that sense of achievement (I cut off 15 seconds from my 400m in 3 months :) yay) oh and went marshalling for the sundown marathon. Rwah it was damn boring staying up till 7am. I was dead tired and my job was being some random marshal at east coast holding a light stick and being a human signboard. Quite a redundant thing to do. But there were the 2 traffic policemen to talk to and Wen Hui and Joyce were quite enthusiastic in their cheering. Repeating stuff over and over again. Wow. But my fishing-crazy junior got promoted to traffic policeman overnight. It was quite ridiculous. He had problems holding up the traffic cos he had no business being in the middle of the road with no idea of what hand signals to make and no uniform either. So it was quite screwed up lorr. And time to breathe- after the crazy week of exams it was time out and we got back our licenses to live for the time being. So off S12 went to sentosa, attendance was great and the rain failed to disappoint us too much. After being trapped at the island for 2 hours we went to vivo to watch 21 for the guys and that (forgot the name, insert title here) comedy for the girls. And it was Billy and Brandon's bday. Haha. It was nice being tgt as s12 again and even though Marche burnt our wallets we had a memorable time eating funny stuff there. Vinnie bullied me on the rooftop water facilities although I never provoked her. Vinnie! Also spent time with Harry and Hoeping on CS and warcraft. Not to forget buffet at raffles hotel with my father. Tt day happened to have seafood and aussie food. Fantastic..haha. Okayy it was a damn long post, will update atc another day.
